Cruza car rental is a fully licensed and officially registered company, headquartered in Al-Ghubrah North, right next to Muscat Express Hotel. This ensures that all our operations are completely legal, secure, and trustworthy for our clients.
With a background of more than seven years working in tourism, we understand how important it is for visitors to have a service they can trust, from the first message until the end of their trip.
We actually started in a completely different field. Our founders were certified divers in Salalah, guiding visitors and ensuring their safety at every step. At first, diving may seem far from car rental, but for us both share the same foundation: safety, clear communication, and making people feel confident throughout the experience.
Later, we moved to Muscat and began working within the car-rental sector, gaining hands-on experience with both local and international standards. During this time, we began to understand the real challenges that visitors face when renting a vehicle especially those coming from abroad and how important it is to provide clarity, support, and reliable guidance from the very beginning.
This understanding inspired us to create Cruza Car Rental: a service built on the idea of making every step simple, safe, and smooth from the first message to the final handover without stress or uncertainty.
Today, we continue to follow the principle we learned underwater: when everything starts safely, the entire experience becomes easier. And this is exactly what we are committed to delivering every day.
