Security Deposit Refund
At Cruza Car Rental, we believe a premium experience extends beyond the drive itself. Our security deposit refund process is designed to be transparent, secure, and handled with the same level of care you expect from a luxury rental service.
As part of our international refund procedure, we kindly request your banking details to facilitate the secure transfer of your security deposit. All information provided is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely by our finance team for international bank transfers.
Any applicable deductions, including traffic fines or related charges, would have already been communicated to you prior to this stage.
Security deposit refunds are processed within 30 days from the vehicle return date. This period allows sufficient time for traffic fines to appear in the system and ensures compliance with international banking procedures.
Approved refunds are issued during our scheduled processing days:
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
In rare circumstances, certain traffic fines may be registered after the 30-day period. Should this occur, your security deposit will have already been refunded, and you will be contacted directly with the relevant police report along with a secure payment link.
