Free Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation free of charge if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Late Cancellation
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup, a 25% cancellation fee will apply to cover reservation and preparation costs.
Emergency Situations
We understand that some situations are beyond your control. In cases such as:
- Flight cancellations or significant delays
- Medical emergencies
- Family emergencies
- Visa or travel document issues
Please contact our team as soon as possible. We review each case individually and may offer a full refund or flexible booking credit where appropriate.
No-Show Policy
If the customer does not collect the vehicle and does not inform us in advance, the booking may be treated as a No-Show, and the reservation amount may be non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Booking Modifications
If your travel plans change, we recommend contacting us before cancelling. In many cases, we can help by adjusting your pickup date, return date, or reservation details without additional charges.
